For lack of actual content (I’m tired of politics), here’s a flower.
Probably one of the best macro shots I’ve taken to date. Not saying much, is it? 
Anyway, can anyone tell me what kind of flower it is? I haven’t the foggiest idea and would like to update the flickr image with the type of flower it is.

Great shot - though you are right it is hard to tell what it is. Iris maybe??
If it’s on a climbing vine/bushy thing, it’s a clematis. If not, I dunno without seeing foliage. Great pic tho!
