[Link courtest of nothing really important.]
I never really got into pen and paper role-playing. I mean, I gave it a few shots, but it just never drew me in (mainly because of bad DM’ing skills). This, coupled with the fact that by the time I really got into role-playing, much of the RPG world had gone console or PC based.
This is how I envision a D&D night to go, though.
Perhaps I’ll get into it since Remy has been talking about it lately.

It wouldn’t be so funny if it weren’t so dead on target…
“Why are you casting Magic Missile, there’s nothing to attack?”
“I’m attacking the darkness!”
“hehehe *snort*”
One bad D&D experience kept me from playing RPGs for ten years! But then I discovered Champions, and GURPS, and Cyberpunk… I ran an Amber diceless campaign, and I was hooked. We actually do play D&D every so often, but it’s not nearly as much fun to me. Heh, if you were in NW Arkansas, you could join us!
Sorry, chief, not in Arkasas, but thanks for the offer! I will definitely give those links a look, too.
Um well… my friends and i really love this and at our school we have this student directed one act play competition and we were wondering if we could use this. Please get back with us soon.
